A curated tasting journey through the Minuty rosé portfolio, designed to showcase the evolution of Provence rosé at its most refined level.
The evening opens with Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, a Chardonnay-driven Champagne known for precision, texture, and purity, setting a benchmark before transitioning into rosé expression.
The focus then shifts to the Minuty range, moving progressively through M de Minuty, Prestige, Rosé et Or, and culminating in the flagship Minuty 281. Each wine reflects a different interpretation of terroir, style, and winemaking intent, offering a structured exploration of how rosé can range from fresh and approachable to highly refined and mineral-driven.
A representative from LVMH will be present to provide insight into Minuty’s positioning within a global luxury portfolio and the brand’s evolution in contemporary wine culture.
The tasting is accompanied by a selection of artisanal charcuterie and light gourmet snacks, designed to support the wines without overwhelming the palate.
This is a focused, guided experience intended for guests interested in understanding premium rosé through structured tasting rather than casual consumption, highlighting both Champagne excellence and Provence refinement in a single setting.

Hosted by Ted, who will lead a structured tasting journey through the Minuty portfolio, guiding guests through each expression and its place within the collection.
Co-hosted by founder of Vintage’82 and certified wine specialist, Andrew Azzopardi. Andrew is a relatively newcomer to the local wine scene, however he has been supplying superyachts & some of the richest people on the planet for over a decade. Founding Vintage82 some 3 years ago, Andrew aims to share his love for quality and premium wine with his friends and clients. Armed with knowledge and a passion for the finer things in life (especially wine) he has teamed up with CSociety who have been importing premium furniture and home furnishings for a couple of years.
