Tasting Note

Pale lemon straw.

Elegant notes of white peach, passionfruit, fresh‑cut herbs and lemon blossom segue into lime leaf and subtle floral energy.

Palate: Crisp and focused, with bright acidity and texture that reflects the stony minerality of the vineyard. Flavours of Meyer lemon, key‑lime, green apple and faint pineapple are underpinned by chalky texture, subtle salinity and a stony backbone. The finish is long, precise and poised for the table.
