It is seriously generous with terrific ripe red fruits and a very polished seductive finish. Attaining top notch points, the 2010 Chateau Angludet hits all the right marks - Lush, plush, full bodied and generous with the right structure, well integrated tannins and awesome finish.
We feel that not only is this wine polished, seductive and elegant, but also perfectly ready to drink now. If you have some patience it will also continue to evolve for many years to come.
Decanting time: 1.5 hours
Food Pairing: Defintely works with beef, lamb, stews and game. Last time we tasted the 2010 was with a plain grilled steak cooked over an open fire - it was perfect!
