Chateau L'Enclos
Their objective is to express all the power and elegance of the terroir through the wines, whose quality they wish to improve. Steve Adams has renovated the winery and plans to restructure the vineyard.

Château l'Enclos has a silica-gravel terroir, with a subsoil rich in the famous iron residues that are typical of great Pomerols.

Chateau L'Enclos needs at least 3-5 years of aging in good vintages until it is ready to be enjoyed. Young vintages can be d for 1 hour or longer. This allows the wine to soften and open its perfume.

Older vintages might need very little decanting, just enough to remove the sediment. Chateau L'Enclos offers its best drinking and should reach peak maturity between 6-15 years of age after the vintage.
